颌面部骨骼三维建模与通用仿真平台的建立 被引量:4

摘要 为了建立一个通用的三维颌面部骨骼系统仿真环境,将骨骼建模过程与仿真行为定义完全分离开,每一骨骼组织(包括每一颗牙齿)模型给定唯一的命名,使相关的行为方法与命名的名称唯一对应,实现了不同个体的颌面部骨骼模型,均可在同一仿真环境下实施给定的行为仿真。本研究基于人体切片图像和64层螺旋CT图像,重建了两个符合生理结构要求的颌面部骨骼三维模型。借助Virtools行为仿真开发软件,实现了两个模型符合生理运动的咬合过程仿真与初步的齿冠面修复仿真。 For implementing an all-purpose simulation platform of the craniofacial skeleton, the definitions of simulation behaviors were separated from the 3D modeling of the skeleton. Each of skeletal organs, even for a single tooth, was uniquely named. The behavioral methods for the simulation were associated with the name of the organ models, respectively. This design implemented that the same platform was able to adapt for the craniofacial simulation from different individuals. In this work, two models were reconstructed according to physiological needs, and one was from a series of sliced images, and the other from 64-helix-CT images. The simulations for the models above, which are of the occlusive processes satisfying physiological needs and of the primary restoration of the tooth crown, was verified with Virtools package.
