摘要
为了满足火炮动态参数测试中待测参数量不断增多的实际需要,本文改变了以传统测量仪器为手段的测试方法,引入一种基于虚拟仪器的火炮动态参数测试系统。该动态参数测试系统在PXI硬件平台基础上使用LabVIEW语言编写框图程序,完成对火炮射击过程中众多动态参数量的采集、存储、处理、分析和显示,实现了以往需要很多传统仪器才能实现的功能。本文以一次实弹射击测试试验为例,分别从硬件、软件设计2方面介绍了该测试系统的构建方法。试验证明,该系统较之于基于传统仪器的测试系统能够更好地满足日益更新的动态参数测试需求。
In order to satisfy the need that more and more dynamic parameters are required to be tested in the test of dynamic parameters of gun, we discard the dated test method based on traditional instrument and resort to a new kind of test system based on virtual instrument technology. This new kind of test system can accomplish the functions of data acquisition, data storage, data processing, data analyzing and data displaying of a huge number of dynamic parameters of gun via programming in Lab VIEW on the base of PXL It realizes the functions which could be realized only by adopting many traditional instruments together. The passage sets a test of dynamic parameters of gun during a firing practice with live ammunition as an example and introduces how to establish this kind of test system from the design of hardware and software respectively. It has been proved by experiments that comparing with the test system of dynamic parameters of gun based on traditional instrument, the test system of dynamic parameters of gun based on virtual instrument can do better to meet the demand of the developing test of dynamic parameters of gun.
