摘要
将井用潜水泵代替普通管道泵应用于市政中水管网的中途加压泵站,工程实践证明,该措施具有水泵启动频率低、占地面积小、噪音低等优点。在中水用水量低的部分时段,中水从安装有井用潜水泵的外套钢管中通过,水泵无需启动,利用气压罐内压缩空气的压力将罐内贮存的水送入给水管网,避免了小水量用水时段的水泵频繁启动。这种设计模式和理念扩展了井用潜水泵的使用领域,值得在今后的类似工程中推广。
Well-submersible pump was applied to replace common pump in booster pump house of municipal reclaimed water supply network. The practical application confirms that this approach offers benefits associated with low start-up frequency, small-area occupation, low noise and so on. When the consumption of reclaimed water presents low level, the water pass through jacket pipe for well-submersible pump without starting pump. The principle is to make use of the pressure of compressed air in the air pressure tank to deliver water to water supply network, while avoiding the frequent start-up of water pump with low water consumption. This applied mode and idea broaden the application scale of well-submersible pump. This approach is worth to be recommended for the future similar project.
