摘要
提出一种采用计算机视觉检测技术对大型工件进行角度测量的方法,首先对工件进行图像采集并做一定的预处理,而后利用霍夫变换进行直线检测、最终通过角度计算达到角度测量目的。同时本文结合工程实例以及仿真实验对该方法进行了深入探讨和验证。结果表明,文中提出的测量方法可以应用在一般的角度测量中,可以有效地对大型工件进行非接触角度测量,且拥有好的测量精度和抗噪能力,此外也呈现出测量结果可靠、实时性好的特点。
A new method for measuring the angle of large-scaled workpieces is presented in this paper, which is based on the computer vision testing technology. This method is implemented firstly according to the following steps: image acquisition, and image pre-processing. Then one can accomplish line detection using Hough transform. Finally, the angle value is obtained through the means of Angle Calculation. By employing practical examples in engineering and simulation experiments,the method is discussed deeply and proved reliably. The results show that the proposed method can be applied in the general non-contact angle measurement and holds good measuring precision and noise rejection capability. In addition, it also displays many advantages in measuring reliability and real-time.
