摘要
投资基金是近几年国内金融市场改革过程中一种比较理想和合适的投资手段，是金融改革的重要内容。在借鉴国外同行业成功经验的基础上，结合我国国情，提出了我国投资基金的发展模式，即：目前我国投资基金发展模式应该是“契约型、开放型、融通型、分权制衡式型”的结合模式，通过几年的努力与完善，逐步向“公司型＋开放型＋融通型＋分权制衡式型”过渡。
Investment fund derived from the further development of finance is a relatively ideal or appropriate investment way to advance our financial reform in recent years An investment development model consistent with the Chinese national conditions,accounting for the successful experiences of foreign enterprises is presented It is suggested that Chinas investment development model ought to be a combination of the models such as contract model , open model , flexible model and power division monitoring model,and gradually transit to the model of “corporation +open +flexible +power division monitoring”
