丙烷氧化制丙烯酸组合工艺探索

摘要 在小型反应试验装置上探索用丙烷均相氧化脱氢过程与以丙烯生产丙烯酸的工业催化剂相结合生产丙烯酸的组合工艺。丙烷均相氧化脱氢富产丙烯,在常压,反应温度580~610℃,O2/C3H8为0.57~0.71,停留时间1.4~3.1s的条件下,丙烯的单程产率可达15.7%~19.4%。将丙烷均相氧化产物加水,补充氧后通入装有丙烯氧化制丙烯醛及丙烯醛氧化制丙烯酸两种工业催化剂的反应器中,可将其中的丙烯转化为丙烯酸。组合工艺在适宜的条件下,丙烯酸的单程产率可达13%~16%。 To discribe the research of a new process to produce acrylic acid from propanethe combination process,which combines homogeneous oxidation of propane with the two commercial catalysts.The experiments were carried out in a small scale reactor.The once through yield of propene was about 17% in homogeneous oxidation of propane under the reaction conditions of 580 ̄603 ℃,O 2/C 3H 8 ratio of amount of substance 0.4 ̄0.6 , residance time 1.4 ̄3.1 s. Homogeneous oxidation product was mixed with some oxygen and water and then fed into a reactor containing two commercial catalysts,one of which was for the conversion of propene to acrolein, the other was for the conversion of acrolein to acrylic acid. Under proper reaction conditions, once through yield of acrylic acid reached 13%~16% by the combination process.
