摘要
目的探讨非亲属陪护的健康教育能力培训对促进卒中患者早期康复的影响。方法将396例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对观察组患者的非亲属陪护实施健康教育能力培训,对照组患者的非亲属陪护仅实施一般健康教育,观察对比2组患者的康复效果。结果观察组陪护能有效促进患者康复技能的掌握,并能提高患者的康复效果,减少患者并发症的发生(p<0.05)。结论对卒中单元非亲属陪护的健康教育能力的培训在提高患者的康复水平、提高护理质量、节约护理人力资源、促进医患关系等方面具有积极意义。
Objective: To explore the correlation factors of health education to non-relatives attending in improve early rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods: 396 stroke patients were divided into control group and research group, the watcher of research group accept the health education training. Compare rehabilitation effect. Results:The watcher of research group could improve the command of knowledge of patients and improve the rehabilitation effect than the control group(p〈0.05).Conclusion:The health education to non-relative the rehabiligation of stroke patients,the nursing quality and the relationship between doctors and patients.
