摘要
可移动充气式应急救护装置是一种重点针对地铁火灾的新型消防抢险救援装备,主要由风机、风管、救护站单元、通道单元以及其他辅助设备等组成,其原理是采用机械通风的方式使救护装置内建立正压以抑制外界烟气进入,从而在事故现场建立没有烟气的临时安全场所。试验测试了组合型应急救护装置的铺设时间,测量不同情况下组合型应急救护装置出入口处向外的空气流速,同时模拟地铁火灾烟气扩散,检验组合型应急救护装置抑制烟气进入的功能。结果表明,组合型应急救护装置的铺设时间短、可有效抑制烟气,其高压气瓶快速充气成型,通过正压原理抑制烟气的设计思路是合理、可行的。
Consisting of blowers, air ducts, rescue station element, passage element and other auxiliary equipment, the Mobile Pneumatic Emergency Rescue Equipment is a new-style firefighting emergency rescue installation targeting at metro fires. The working principle consists of adopting mechanical ventilation to create positive pressure so as to prevent the entry of outside smoke, thus setting up a temporary smokeless secure place at the smoking accident site. The experiment has tested the time to install the assembled emergency rescue equipment, measured the speed of the outgoing air at the entrance and exit of the equipment under various circumstances. Meanwhile, it has simulated the diffusion of smoke and gas in a metro fire and inspected on site the equipment' s performance of preventing smoke and gas from entering. Results indicated that the assembled emergency rescue equipment requires short preparation time and possesses effective function to prevent smoke. The design principle of filling air with high pressure to prevent smoke from entering a space under positive pressure is reasonable and practical.
