摘要
[目的]探讨不同高羊茅品种在幼苗期的抗盐性。[方法]以热浪等8个高羊茅品种为试材,在幼苗期对其进行NaCl不同浓度(0、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%、1.5%)的盐胁迫处理,分析其5项生理生化指标的变化,研究不同高羊茅品种抗盐性。[结果]随着NaCl浓度的增加,高羊茅幼苗体内MDA、脯氨酸、类胡萝卜素含量和SOD活性总体呈上升趋势;POD活性总体呈先升再降的趋势。8个高羊茅品种体内MDA、脯氨酸、类胡萝卜素含量、POD和SOD活性大都在0.9%NaCl时开始明显上升,由此推断,0.9%NaCl可能是高羊茅幼苗期抗盐生长的1个临界值。[结论]聚类分析表明,8个品种中以美洲虎2号和火凰RT的抗盐性较强,热浪和佛浪的抗盐性较弱,翠碧A、法恩、爆发力和强劲的抗盐性一般。
[Objective] The aim of research was to study the salt resistance of different tall fescue varieties in seedling stage.[Method] In the salt stress treatments 8 varieties of tall fescue like Southeast were treated by NaCl solution with different concn.(0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2% and 1.5%) in seedling stage and their changes of 5 physiological and biochemical indexes were accessed to study the salt resistance of different tall fescue varieties.[Result] With the increment of NaCl concn.the contents of MDA,praline and carotenoids and SOD activity in seedlings of tall fescue showed a rising trend as a whole and their POD activity showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The contents of MDA,praline and carotenoids and the activities of SOD and POD in seedlings of tall fescue started to rise mostly when the NaCl was 0.9%,thus deducing that 0.9% NaCl might be a critical value for anti-salt growth of seedlings of tall fescue.[Conclusion] The clustering analysis showed that among 8 varieties Jaguar 2 and F
ire Phoenix RT had more strong salt tolerance,Southeast and Finelawn had weaker salt tolerance and the salt tolerance of Traple A,Fawn,Poppoint and Infero were middle.
