摘要 通过水质分析,查找蒸汽冷凝水管频繁腐蚀穿孔的原因。结果表明,因水质中含有超量的O2及存在CO2,是腐蚀产生的主要原因。同时管材本身及安装过程中的残余应力,对腐蚀起到了促进的作用。最后根据分析结果提出了防腐蚀措施。 The cause of corrosion perforation occurred in steam condensed water pipeline was searched by the analysis of the water quality. The result has shown that the corrosion is caused mainly by the excessive content of O2 and CO2 in the water, At the same times, the residual stress resulted from erection process and distributed in pipe speed up the corrosion process, Based on the result of the analysis, anticorrosion methods were proposed finally.
