摘要
本文根据国家战略规划明确了后续政策目标,分析了目标实现的条件,并根据四川实际提出了解决历史遗留问题、实施国家生态安全战略、构建新型林业投融资体制以及构建现代林业管理制度等政策建议。
According to the national strategic planning, this article deals with the goal of the follow-up policy and analyzes the conditions of realizing the goal, and finally in accordance with local problems in Sichuan province, proposes some suggestions which include the solution of problems left over by history, the implementation of the national ecological security strategy, building a new forestry investment and financing system, and establishing a modem system of forestry management.
