摘要
应用纳米材料作为早期水相中单体的稳定剂,从而完成了不使用传统有机乳化剂的纯无皂合成方法,克服了传统无皂工艺难以提高固含量的难题,并将有机硅、金属离子后交联等手段应用到这种聚合过程中,得到了性能优异的水性树脂。针对水性木器涂料的特点,使用该合成方法设计合成了木器底漆用快干型丙烯酸酯水性树脂和高性能水性聚氨酯面漆用树脂,并探讨了该合成方法的产业化应用前景。
Using nanomaterial as early stage stabilizer of monomers in water phase, we have completed the pure soapless synthesis method without traditional organic emulsifier. The method has overcome the problem of low solid content by traditional soapless method and has put organic silicone and metal ion post-crosslinking methods in the polymerization process, getting water-borne resin with good performance. Basing on the characteristics of water-borne wood coatings, we have designed and synthesized quick-dry water-borne acrylate resin for wood primer and high performance water-borne resin for PU finish; and have discussed the use prospect of the synthesis method.
