摘要
基于WINDOWS平台建立小型透平机控制系统的仿真平台,设计由S7—300PLC控制的操作平台,构造硬件系统;以VB语言核心,利用OPC技术,建立PLC5与WINCC的数据链接,利用小型透平机的基本控制模型为基础,开发仿真软件,并进行数字仿真计算。该仿真系统对熟悉和深入透平机的特性具有重要的意义和使用价值。
The research is focus on the emulation technique for the small turbine control system. By using S7-- 300PLC, a operation platform is developed. Based on VB program, the simulating software of a small turbine control system is discussed with the OPC technology referred to basic control model of the small turbine, and some emulation studying is produced. This simulating system is benefit to acquire the character of the small turbine.
