摘要
提出了以工业级ARM9芯片为核心的嵌入式控制系统设计实现方案。分析一般工业控制器需求,给出了控制系统总体方案,详细设计了A/D、D/A、CAN、USB和网络等硬件电路及模块化软件。通过编译与移植U-Boot、嵌入式Linux内核,能正确引导操作系统并加载根文件系统,为嵌入式控制系统的开发与应用奠定了可靠的软硬件平台。该系统为工业数据采集及控制等领域控制系统设计提供了一种可行的方案。
A universal design for embedded control system based on industrial ARM9 chip is proposed. The requirement of industrial controller is analyzed, and the whole project of control system is given, and the design of AID,DIA,CAN,USB,INTERNET and software are narrated in detail. U-boot and embedded Linux are successfully compiled and ported, which can load Linux image and root file system correctly, and establishes a dependable hardware & software platform for the application and development of embedded Linux. This control system is fitted data collection and control in industrial field, and so on.
