摘要
本文对10例小儿原发扩张型(充血型)心肌病的临床资料进行了回顾性分析.临床上以呼吸困难、双心室扩大、全心衰为主。另对此病病因及发病机理也进行了讨论.
A clinical retrospective study of 10 primary dilated(congestive)cardiomyopathy patients was re- ported in this paper.The essential symptom were:dyspnea,bilateral vertrieular dilation,whole heart failaure.Finally,the etiology and pathology of this disease were discussed.
