摘要
目的探讨社区脑卒中康复团队服务模式对患者日常生活活动能力（ADL）的影响。方法采用类实验研究,将社区脑卒中患者46例随机分成干预组（n=26）和对照组（n=20）,由社区医生、预防保健医生、护士组成的社区脑卒中康复团队对干预组患者进行康复教育、机体功能训练及护理,对照组进行常规治疗和护理。于干预前、干预后1个月、3个月、6个月对两组患者进行ADL评定,并进行比较。结果干预组患者ADL提高较对照组显著,统计学检验差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论社区脑卒中康复团队可提高患者ADL及生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To probe into the effect of community rehabilitation team to the activities of daily living（ADL） among cerebral apoplexy patients. Methods We use quasi-experimental design, a total of 46 cerebral apoplexy patients living in community were divided into experimental group （n = 26 ） and control group （n =20） randomly. For the experimental group patients, the community rehabilitation team which includes community medical doctor, preventive health care doctor and community nurses gaving health education, function training and nursing. For the control group patients, the doctor and the nurses gave the routine treatment and nursing. The activities of daily living（ADLs） of the patients were measured before intervention, 1 months, 3 months and 6 months after intervention, and the results were compared between to groups. Results The ADLs of experimental group patients were improved significantly （ P = 0. 000 ） more than the control group patients. Conclusions The intervention of community rehabilitation team can improve the ADL and the QOL among cerebral apoplexy patients, this community rehabilitation model can be recommend extensively.
