摘要
目的观察阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾的新剂型-分散片对产β-内酰胺酶的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌感染小鼠的保护效果。方法以Bliss法计算各感染小鼠的药物半数有效量(EDS0)值和95%可信限。结果分散片对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠的ED50值和95%可信限为3.7486(3.3967-4.205)mg/kg;对大肠杆菌感染小鼠的ED50值和95%可信限为4.6629(4.0373—5.3855)mg/kg。结论阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾分散片口服给药对产β-内酰胺酶的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌感染小鼠具有明显疗效。
Objective To observe the protection effect of amoxieillin-elavulanie acid dispersible tablets on mice infected by the S. anreus and E, coli producoingβ-lactamase. Methods ED50 value and 95% confidence interval of infected mice by Bliss were measured. Result The ED50 value of amoxicillin-clavulanic acid dispersible tablets against mice infected by S. aureus and E. coli were 3. 7486 mg/kg( 95% confidence interval ,3. 3967 -4. 205 mg/kg )and 4.6629 mg/kg(95% confidence interval ,4. 0373 -5. 3855 mg/kg), respectively. Conehlusion Oral administration of amoxicillin-clavuianic acid dispersible tablets has obviously protective effect to the mice infected by the S. aureus and E. coli that preduce β-lactamase.
