摘要
社会的发展、疾病谱的变化和大众健康需求的增加,使疾控工作面临新的问题与挑战。一些诸如疾控队伍人才短缺、基层卫生网底薄弱,艾滋病、结核病、乙肝、狂犬病等重大疾病发病不断增多,国家免疫规划工作任务繁重、落实不力等突出问题已严重影响和制约黔南州疾控工作的发展。如何应对上述问题和新时期疾病谱的变化与人民健康需求的增加,推动黔南州疾控工作的可持续发展,构建和谐黔南,是黔南州当前疾控工作的一个重大课题。
With the development of society, the changing of the spectrum of the disease and the demand of the public health, the disease control has met some new issues and challenges some of the serious disease have uncrossed such as AIDS, tuberculosis, heptitis rabies. There are many favors casising such as ituation, such as the lack of the spocialists, the week of the construction for the local sanitation net. the hardness of the nation＇s immune task and the measures the disease control in qiannan. How to handle those issues and how to improve the public will be a big question in Qiannan in disease control. Besides, it will advance the sustainable development in disease control and set up a harmonious society here.
