摘要
通过对100多家企业的劳动卫生抽样调查,基本上掌握了全市企业的职业卫生状况。调查发现职业病发病率呈下降趋势,其主要缺陷是:建设项目职业危害评价未得到有效实施、政府尚没有足够的力度把职业卫生纳入公共卫生范畴,监督与服务协调不够顺畅。因此,进一步完善职业卫生工作,从源头上控制和消除职业病危害,使佛山市职业病年发病率控制在5/10万以下,突发性急性职业中毒事故逐年下降,年矽肺发病率控制在5/10万以下,并逐步杜绝矽肺病新发病例。
According the sampling survey on industrial hygiene situation in more then 100 factories, the institution of labor hygiene can be evaluated. As a result, no large acute occupational poisoning accident happened recent years and the incidence of occupational diseases tend to drop year after year. The major defect in the past years seems theat the corporation between occupational health inspection and technical services was not smoothly and the occupational hazard evaluation for construction projects was not implemented. On the other hand, in order to develope the local economic, Occupational prevention services were not regarded enough as important work by local government in past years. So technical services network of occupational health must be set up as soon as possible in despite of economic difficulty at the present time. According to the law of occupational disease prevention, during the coming decade, the occupational hazard must be controlled or eliminated form their start stage.
