摘要
对252kV SF6断路器进行灭弧室气压特性测试研究。根据断路器开断过程中气体流动过程选取多处测量点进行测量。对断路器操动机构在不同油压和不同基压状态下进行测量,得到大量断路器开断过程的压力变化数据。文中对测量方法及测量系统进行了阐述,并根据得到的数据分析了动态压力变化与开断时间的关系。
This paper presents the test of gas pressure feature of arc quenching chamber in 252kV SF6 circuit breaker. There are many positions have been chosen as the measurement points according to the gas flow process of the circuit breaker interrupting course. A large amount of testing results in interrupting course of circuit breakers are obtained by measuring the value of the gas pressure of the different arc quenching chamber background pressure in the circuit breaker and the value of the gas pressure of different oil pressure values. Measuring technique and measurement system are elaborated in the paper. And according to the pressure variation data, the relationship between the dynamic pressure variation and the circuit breaker interrupting course are analyzed.
