摘要
采用熔融接枝法,在氟橡胶(FKM)上接枝马来酸酐(MAH),研究反应条件对接枝率的影响。结果表明,引发剂DCP含量为0.4%,MAH含量为10%,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为15min,转子转速为50r/min时,FKM-g-MAH的接枝率最高,达到2.9%。并采用DMA分析初步证实了FKM-g-MAH对FKM与TPU相容性的改善。
The effect of reaction conditions on the grafting ratio of melt grafting of fluorine rubber (FKM)with maleic anhydride(MAH)was investigated. The results showed that under the conditions of DCP 0.4wt% ,MAH 10 wt%, reaction temperature 150℃, reaction time 15min, revolving speed of the rotor 50rpm,the grafting ratio of FKM-g-MAH reached the highest(2.9 %). It's proved that after adding FKM-g-MAH, the compatibility between FKM and TPU in FKM/TPU blends had been improved.
