摘要
本文对1973年1月～1977年12月5年中,与间隔10年后的1983年1月～1987年12月5年中,住院婴儿死亡原因进行对比分析,结果显示:近年来婴儿病死率有明显下降(前组11.8%,后组3.2%,P<0.01),其主要死因谱也有重大变化,以肺炎居首(30.2%),其次为败血症(20.8%)、畸形(10.7%)、产科因素(10.1%)及新生儿破伤风(8.1%)。文中还对一直威肋着婴儿生命的感染性疾病(前组84%,后组69.1%),以及畸形、季节、胎次等因素与死亡的关系进行了讨论,并提出降低婴儿病死率的相应措施。
The death causes of the infants hospitalized in 10 years from January,1973 to December,1977 and January,1983 to December,1987 were comparatively analysed.The result showed that the fatal- ity rate of infants declined(the former,11.8%,the latter 3.2%,p<0.01).The major death causes changed obviously;the first was pneumonia(30.2%),the next specticaem(20.8%),deformity (10.7%),the factors of obstetrical(10.1%)and the tetanus of newborn(8.1%)respectively.The relationship of the infectious diseases that threatened the health of infants(the former 84%,the latter 69.1%),deformity ahd season concerned with infant death rate was also discussed,and the appropri- ate measures that discrease the death rate of infants hospitalized were proposed.
