摘要
目的建立尿中锰的共沉淀-火焰原子吸收(FAAS)测定法。方法将尿样消化,经氢氧化镁共沉淀捕集锰离子,酸溶,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定,外标法定量。结果该方法线性范围为0~200mg/L,回归方程为y=0.6375x-0.0013,相关系数为0.9997。以3倍信噪比计算,检出限为0.008mg/L,平均回收率为92.0%~110.0%,RSD为3.9%~7.1%。FAAS法和高碘酸钾法测定尿样中锰含量的结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该方法灵敏、准确、操作简便,适用于职业性接触锰作业人员尿中锰含量的检测。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of urinary manganese by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Flame atomic absorption spectrometry method was used to determine manganese in the urinary samples which had been already separated and preconcentrated by coprecipitation. Results The linear range of this method was 0-200 mg/L with linear equation of y= 0.637 5 x-0.001 3 and a correlation coefficient of 0.999 7. The detection limit was 0.008 mg/L of thrice signal-to-noise,the average recovery rates were 92.0%-110.0% and RSD was the range of 3.9%~7.1%. The results were consistent with those by arbitral method (P〉0.05). Conclusion The present method has many advantages such as simplicity of operation,rapidity,better accuracy for the accurate quantitative analysis of urinary manganese.
