摘要
以货车前桥为研究对象,针对前桥系统中典型部件前轴、转向节与转向主销进行了力学分析,并在此基础上推导了计算公式。基于VC.NET技术开发了汽车前桥设计分析软件。该系统功能全面、人机界面友好,借助该系统对货车前桥进行了分析计算,验证了系统的实用性。和传统的设计方法相比,这种方法提高了精度和效率。
The article took vehicle front axle as research object, in view of typical part of front axle system carried on mechanics analysis,and has inferred the formula. Vehicle front axle design software was developed based on VC. NET. This software function is comprehensive, and software surface is friendly. A vehicle front axle system was analyzed, and the software had confirmed usability of the system. Compares with traditional design method, this method has improved precision and efficiency.
