224株结核分支杆菌药敏试验结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨结核分枝杆菌依赖抗结核药物的发生率及特点。方法:采用绝对浓度间接法对224株结核分枝杆菌进行5种药物的敏感性试验,药物依赖判定:在含抗结核药物的培养基上生长旺盛程度和菌量,高浓度药物培养基≥低浓度药物培养基≥对照培养基。结果:224株结核分枝杆菌共检出依赖菌90株(40.2%)。其中依赖异烟肼46株(20.5%),依赖利福平52株(23.2%),依赖链霉素36株(16.1%),同时依赖2种药物者20株(8.9%)。结论:获得了本地区耐药性水平资料,对临床用药具有重要的必要性和指导性。 Objective: To explore the characteristics of mycobacterium dependend antituberculous drug.Methods:A total of 224 strains of mycobacterium were tested for resistance by the absolute concentration method on Lowenstein-Jensen medium.Dependent positive was the coloun that on higher concentration drug medium stronger than lower concentration than controls.Results:Ninety(40.2%) of the 224 strains of M.tuberculosis were found dependent,in which strains dependend on INH,RFP and SM were 46(20.5%),52(23.2%) and 36(16.1%) respectively,20(8.9%) were dependend on two drugs.Conclusion:The reliable data on the status of anti-tuberculosis drug resistance results provides the evidences for improvement and assessment on TB control and clinical drug use.
