摘要
中共十七大首次明确提出“中国特色社会主义理论体系”重要概念。现根据十七大报告的精神和历史发展的实际，论述“中国特色社会主义理论体系”新概念的若干基本特性，进而阐述十七大确立这个新概念的深远重大意义。
In accordance with the spirit of 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the actual historical development, this paper documents dealt with the ＂theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics＂ ,the new concept of certain basic characteristics, then set out to establish the 17 largest new concept of a farreaching significance.
