摘要
读者权利是受国家法律保护不容侵犯的,主要有安全保障权、平等权、对文献信息的知情权、自主选择权与咨询权、借阅权等方面。文章简述了高校图书馆读者的基本权利,列举了高校图书馆读者权利的维权现状,进而提出维护读者合法权利的具体措施。
Readers right is protected by the national law which brooks no violation, mainly including safety control rights, equal rights, rights of knowing the facts of document and information, rights of choice independently and consulting, rights of borrowing books. This article sketches the fundamental right of readers of colleges and universities and enumerates the current situation of rights protection of readers of colleges and universities and puts forward the concrete measures of readers of colleges and universities.
