摘要
本文利用DEA理论与方法,在计算机的支持下,通过理论分析、实证研究和比较分析,提出了基于数据包络分析的区域技术创新能力评价模型和评价指标体系;并利用相关数据,分析研究了我国区域技术创新的现状,并提出了我国各大区域的发展策略。
In the network times,it is a new breakthrough of social sciences that using the information technology and existing massive data to mine intrinsic property, the characteristics,the relations and the application of things thus for the policy construction as well as rational utilization and distribution of resources. This paper uses the theory and the method of DEA under computer support,and studies the present situation of regional technological innovation in China, and constructs the evaluation model and the evaluation index system of regional technological innovation based on DEA. Finally,it proposes development strategies for various regions of China.
