摘要
本文阐述了教育是图书馆的基本职能,强化图书馆教育职能是教育改革的需要。提高和培养馆员素质能力是实施图书馆教育职能的根本保证。
This paper expounds that education is the function of library and to improve the educational function of library is the demand of educational reform, and points out that to enhance the librarian＇s quality is the basic assurance to carry out the library educational function.
