摘要 目的:观察比较多配体蛋白聚糖-2(Syndecan-2,简称SDC-2因子)在瘢痕疙瘩与正常皮肤中的表达情况,探讨SDC-2因子在伤口愈合和病理性瘢痕形成中的作用和意义。方法:运用免疫组化技术检测SDC-2因子在瘢痕疙瘩和正常皮肤组织中的表达,寻找其中的差异和规律。结果:SDC-2因子在正常皮肤中表达的总阳性率为40%,无强阳性表达;在瘢痕疙瘩中表达的总阳性率为87%,强阳性率为13%。SDC-2因子在瘢痕疙瘩中表达的总阳性率明显高于正常皮肤,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:SDC-2因子可能是瘢痕疙瘩形成过程中的重要促进因子,对SDC-2因子的研究可能对瘢痕疙瘩等疾病预防和治疗有重大意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of Syndecan-2 in keloids and normal skins and to discuss the role and significance of Syndecan-2 in wound healing and scars. Methods Immunohistochemistry methods were used to detect the expression intensity and distribution of Syndecan-2 in 15 keloid tissues and 15 normal skins. Statistical methods were used to analyze the data. Results In keloids, the strong positive rate of SDC-2 was 13.33% and the total positive rate of SDC-2 was 86.67%. In normal skins, the total positive rate was 40.00% and no strong positive expression was observed. There was statistical difference in the total positive rate of SDC-2 between keloids and normal skins (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The results indicate that SDC-2 may play a key role in the signal transduction in the form of keloid. This research of SDC-2 may provide a new idea to prevent and treat keloids or other fibrosis diseases in the future.
