摘要
目的:为肿瘤患者建立良好的静脉通道,保证药物的准确输入,避免化疗药物产生的局部不良反应。方法:选取我科2007年7月—2008年3月采用PICC置管治疗的30例病例,对导管的护理及置管期间的并发症护理进行观察。结果:置管期间发生并发症6例,其中出血4例,静脉炎2例,无发生导管阻塞和感染。结论:肿瘤化疗患者行PICC置管,护理方便且并发症少,可以更好的保护血管,减少痛苦。
Objective： To build good venous transfusion for tumor patients, guarantee correct delivery of drugs and avoid the local side reaction caused by chemotherapy drugs. Methods： Observed the nu＇rsing of catheter and complications nursing care during tube indwelling of 30 cases treated by PICC intubation from Jul. 2007 to Mar. 2008. Results： During tube indwelling, 6 cases had complications, among them, 4 cases had hemorrhage and 2 cases had phlebitis. No pipe obstruction and infection occurred. Conclusions： PICC intubation in tumor chemotherapy patients can make nursing easy with little complications, better protect vascular and alleviate pain of patients.
