摘要
我国城市公交安全问题日益突出,推行科学合理的公交安全评价体系是提高公交安全管理水平的有效途径。利用模糊集合理论所提供的隶属函数、语言变量和模糊算子,建立一个基于模糊逻辑的宏观评价模型。采用二级评价方法,以西安市和昆明市为例进行城市公交安全模糊评价,模型得出结论与实际调查基本相符,验证了模型的科学性和正确性。
The problems with respect to public traffic safety in cities of China are increasingly outstanding, so the implementation of scientific and reasonable public traffic safety evaluation system is an effective way to improve public traffic safety management level. This paper establishes a macro evaluating model based on fuzzy logic by means of membership functions, language variables and fuzzy operators provided by fuzzy set theory. A two - level evaluation method is adopted for fuzzy evaluation of urban public traffic safety by taking Xi' an City and Kunming City as examples. The results from model are basically compliant with actual investigations, thus verifying the scientificalness and correctness of the model.
