摘要
农民现代化是中国现代化的重要维度,是新农村建设的迫切要求和必然选择。作者从制约农民现代化的因素入手,提出农民现代化应以提升农民的主体性为起点,突破二元体制的新体制与制度构建为重要保障,通过教育培训的根本途径,在不断发展经济的基础上,逐步实现农民的现代化。
Farmers＇ Modernization is one important dimensionality of Chinese modernization. Meanwhile it is the urgent need and inevitable choice of new countryside construction. The author discusses the restrictive elements of peasant modernization, and then it advances peasants＇ modernization which should begin with promoting farmer＇s subjective status. The new system which should break the duality system and the system of construction should be significant guarantees of farmers＇ modernization. By the fundamental approach of educational training, farmer＇s modernization will gradually be realized on the basis of continuous economy develonment.
