摘要
目的分析全自动酶免分析仪检测乙肝标志物的常见影响因素。方法ELISA法检测。结果标本处理因素、药物、试剂、方法学等不同,出现各种特殊模式,抗凝血浆测定乙肝标志物要优于血清(P<0.01),同时还具有快捷、准确之特点。
Objective To analyze the common affection factors of detection of hepatitis B markers with Auto - enzyme analyzer. Methods The ELISA method was used to detect the markers. Results The varied sample treatment, varied drugs and methods had different special modes. The anti - coagulator in plasma was better than that in serum P 〈 0.01. It had rapid and accuracy characters.
