摘要
目的探讨中西药结合,内外并用治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效。方法应用内服斯皮仁诺,外用自拟二蛇汤治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病259例。结果治愈率97.3%,有效率2.7%。结论斯皮仁诺与二蛇汤具有较强的消炎、灭菌,除湿、止痒之功,对复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病有很好的治疗效果。
Objective To discuss the combination treatment of relapsed cunnus candida mycoderma with western Cunnus Candida Mycoderma treated with Combination of medition and TCM. Methods 259 cases were treated with sporanox intake and Ziniershe soup. Results The cure rate was 97.3% and effective rate was 2.7%. Conclusion This combination therapy might have anti - inflammation, function, alleviate itching, expel wet which have good effect on relapsed cunnus candida mycoderma.
