摘要
针对由普通继电器和接触器构成的油压装置系统在运行中存在的主要问题,结合白石窑水电厂实际情况,提出了以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和软启动器为核心的油压装置系统改造方案。介绍了系统的基本配置和软、硬件设计。实践表明,该系统可靠性高、成本低、易于安装和维护。
In view of the problems in the operation of the oil pressure unit control system made of general relay and contact device and the practical situation of the Baishiyao Hydropower Plant, the reform scheme with PLC and soft starter as its kernel is put forward ~or the control system. The basic configuration of the system and design of the software and hardware are introduced. It is proved that the system has such advantages as high reliability, low cost and easy installation and maintenance.
