摘要
合成了一种新型的不含硫、磷的N杂环化合物棕榈酸-N-(喹唑啉-4-酮)甲酯,以它作为润滑油抗磨添加剂,在万能摩擦磨损试验机和环块试验机上评价了其在液体石蜡中的摩擦磨损性能,还考察了其热稳定性能和油溶性能,并采用扫描电子显微镜观察分析钢球磨损表面形貌。结果表明,所合成的棕榈酸-N-(喹唑啉-4-酮)甲酯抗磨添加剂具有一定的油溶性和提高承载能力的功效,抗磨减摩性良好,热稳定性优秀,能显著降低工况的磨损和减小摩擦系数,有效提高基础油的摩擦学性能。
A kind of non-phosphorus and sulfur-free N-containing heterocyclic compound, palmitic acid-N-quinazolin-4-one methylester(PQM), was prepared, whose tribological behaviors as a newtype lubricating oil additive in liquid paraffin were evaluated on the MMW-IP all-purpose friction and wear tester and HQ-1 ring-block tester. Its thermal stability and oil solubility were also investigated. The worn scars of the steel balls, lubricated with liquid paraffin and 1% PQM+liquid paraffin respectively under the load 245N, were observed with scanning electron microscope. The results indicated that the additive PQM showed good oil solubility, and could enhance the loadcarrying capability, when added in liquid paraffin, and greatly reduce friction coefficient of liquid paraffin, meanwhile, diminish the worn scar diameter and exhibited good thermal stability.
