摘要
目的探讨心痛治滴丸对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)心肌缺血心肌损伤的保护作用及其作用机制。方法将50只大鼠随机分为5组,分别为正常组、模型组、复方丹参滴丸对照组、心痛治滴丸高剂量组、心痛治滴丸低剂量组,每组10只,雌雄各半。正常组和模型组予0.9%氯化钠注射液,复方丹参滴丸对照组予0.75%复方丹参滴丸水溶液,心痛治滴丸高剂量组、心痛治滴丸低剂量组分别给予3.6%、1.8%的心痛治滴丸水溶液,各组均10mL/kg,每日1次灌胃。7日后除正常组外,其余4组均采用垂体后叶素0.5U/kg舌下静脉注射制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,并检测各组乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸酶(α-HBD)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)及磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)和心电图(ECG)的改变。结果心痛治滴丸能明显降低血清LDH、α-HBD、CK、CK-MB活性,能明显改善垂体后叶素所致的大鼠心电图ST-T段的偏移。结论心痛治滴丸对冠心病心肌缺血心肌损伤有保护作用。
Objective To explore the protection effect and mechanism of Xintongzhi drop pill on myocardial damage caused by myocardial ischemia of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods 50 rats were randomly divided into five groups.There were 10 rats in control group,model group,compound danshen dripping pills group,Xintongzhi drop pill high dose group and Xintongzhi drop pill low dose group,respectively.Rats in control group and model group received 0.9% sodium chloride solution 10 mL/kg.Rats in compound danshen dripping pills group received 0.75% compound danshen dripping pills 10 mL/kg.Rats in Xintongzhi drop pill high dose group and Xintongzhi drop pill low dose group received 3.6%,1.8% Xintongzhi drop pill 10 mL/kg,respectively.After 7 days except control group,myocardial ischemia models were established by ranine vein of hypophysin in other four groups.The changes of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),α-Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase(α-HBD),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase MB(CK-MB) and ECG were recorded in each groups.Results Xintongzhi drop pill obviously decreased activities of LDH,α-HBD,CK and CK-MK,and improve offset of ECG caused by hypophysin.Conclusion Xintongzhi drop pill has protection effect on myocardial damage caused by myocardial ischemia of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
