摘要
介绍一种用于现场总线控制系统(FCS)的控制器的设计方案,该控制器以C8051F060片上系统为核心,接收标准工业信号(1~5V/4~20mA)输入,输出4~20mA信号,支持RS485硬件通信协议,通过MODBUS现场总线通信协议能够与组态软件直接挂接。给出了控制器的硬件结构,分析了MODBUS协议中消息帧的格式。采用微分先行加不完全微分位置式数字PID算式,改进了PID算法。通过性能测试,该方法超调量和响应速度均较常规PID好。
A design scheme of controller for field-bus control system (FCS) was introduced in this paper. The controller based on SOC C8051 F060, can receive the standard industrial signal with 1 -5 V input or 4 - 20 mA input, and output the signal of 4 - 20 mA. It supported the hardware communication protocol RS485, and can connect to the configuration software via field-bus communication protocol MODBUS. The structure of the controller was given, and the format of information frame was analyzed. The PID algorithm was improved by a special method. The test results prove that the overshoot and response speed of the new algorithm are better than the normal PID.
