摘要
文章从试样工艺矿物学研究入手,在查明试样的化学成份、矿物组成、结构构造、粒度特性、嵌镶关系和赋存状态的基础上,依据矿石性质进行了探索试验以确定试验方案。然后进行了详细的条件试验,确定最佳的工艺参数,并以闭路试验进行验证,取得了满意的分选指标,为合理利用矿产资源,提供了详实的设计依据。
The passage studied on the technological mineralogy of the ore, some project of test and a great deal of flotation condition experiments have been done on the basis of the chemical composition, the mineral composition, the configuration, the granularity, the occurrence and the embedded characteristics of the ore. According to the experiments, the optimum technological parameters and processes have been chosen and the closed-circuit fluid tests have been operated, which have a wonderful separation indexes. It was beneficial to utilize fully the limited mineral resources of the state and offer trustiness considerations for designing.
