摘要
礼貌现象是中西方语言学家关注的焦点之一。作为一种社会规约,礼貌现象有其跨文化一致性,同时也具有各种文化自身的特点。本文着重分析了中西方礼貌系统差异的由来及其在词汇形式、语法结构、会话结构和语言、行为习惯四个方面的具体体现。此外,本文还对中西礼貌系统的差异所引起的语用失误进行了分析,并提出了相应的防范策略。
Politeness phenomenon is one of the key issues discussed by pragmaticists. As a social convention, politeness phenomenon possesses both cross -cultural homogeneity and specific cultural characteristics. This paper focuses on the discussion of the sources of the difference in Chinese - Western politeness system and its reflection on the lexical form, grammatical structure, conversational structure, and linguistic and behavioral habits. Moreover, this paper analyzes the pragmatic failure caused by the difference and puts forward some ways to avoid it.
