摘要
心悸是临床最为常见的症状之一。然而，由于其临床症状描述多样，临床研究中已经证实，心律失常发作与心悸症状的出现并无很好的相关性，相当一部分患者由于难以明确心悸的原因和得到有效的治疗，从而使心悸成为“难缠患者”（difficult Datients）的5项特征性症状之一。因此，我们有必要知道为什么大部分心律失常未被感知，有必要对心悸症状的感知、处理、评价及报告程序（the proeesses of reporting）进行必要的研究。目前认为，对心跳感知敏感性的差异可能在心悸的感知中发挥重要作用。
