摘要
介绍了RMD半自动根焊技术所使用设备的工艺原理、新型焊接材料工艺特点以及RMD根焊技术在X80管道钢焊接中的应用情况。总结出RMD根焊技术应用过程中应注意的事项,对根焊过程中产生的缺陷进行了分析。
The technological principle of the equipment used for RMD semi-automatic root welding, the technological features of new type welding materials and the application of RMD root welding technique in X80 pipe steel are describes. The matters for attention in applying RMD root welding technique are pointed out and the defects arise from the root welding are analyzed.
