摘要
目的:探讨管灸治疗面神经炎的机理。方法:采用机械压榨制作家兔面神经损伤模型,采用原位杂交技术观察管灸对其面部表情肌NGFmRNA、NF-3mRNA表达的影响,并和电针进行对比。结果:与模型组比较,电针组、管灸组面部表情肌中NGFmRNA、NT-3mRNA积分光密度均增加,有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01);与电针组比较,管灸组面部表情肌中NGFmRNA表达增强(P<0.01),NT-3mRNA表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:管灸可显著增加面部表情肌中NGFmRNA、NT-3mRNA表达,从而促进面神经损伤的修复和再生。
Objective: To reveal the molecular mechanism of Guan-moxibustion in the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods: Rabbits with Sunderland Ⅲ injury in facial nerve were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham operation group,model group,Guan-moxibustion group,and electro-acupuncture group.In Situ Hybridization was applied to study the effects of Guan-moxibustion on the expression of NGFmRNA and NT-3mRNA in the mimetic muscles.Then,the effects in Guan-moxibustion were compared with that of electro-acupuncture group.Results: Compared with model group,the integral photodensity expression of NGFmRNA and NT-mRNA in the mimetic muscle of Guan-moxibustion and electro-acupuncture group were obviously increased(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Compared with electro-acupuncture group,theexpression of NGFmRNA in the mimetic muscle of Guan-moxibustion group was obviously increased(P〈0.01).There was no significant difference in the expression of NT-3mRNA between electro-acupuncture group and Guan-moxibustion group.Conclusion: Guan-moxibustion can promote the repair and regeneration of facial nerve by obviously increasing the expression of NGFmRNA and NT-3mRNA in the mimetic muscle.
