摘要
研究了采用低涡流进气、浅ω型燃烧系统的SD2100直喷高速柴油机的转速与负荷对循环变动的影响。分析了最大爆发压力pmax及其出现相位Φa,平均指示压力pi的循环变动。经分析发现不同转速下负荷对循环变动的影响不同,转速越高负荷对循环变动的影响越大,循环变动随负荷的增加而呈现增大趋势,最大值之后再降低。
The characteristics of operating cycle variation and combustion performance for shallow-ω-type combustion system with low swirl on the SD2100 diesel engine are tested and measured. The regression analysis on the cycle-to-cycle variation of the peak pressure-Pmax and effective factors such as the angle of peak pressure φα is studied. We also study on the cycle-to-cycle variation ofpi. At the same time we study on the impact factors mainly on speed and load.High speed and high load corresponds to high operating cycle variation.When operating cycle variation reacheses the peak ,it will decline.
