摘要
购买决策已成为消费领域研究的重要课题,引起了决策专家和心理学研究者的高度关注。本文在以往研究的基础上,通过两个实验,考察了消费者购买决策。实验一引入归因风格变量,探讨了非时间压力下归因风格对购买决策的影响;实验二在实验一的基础上,引入时间压力变量,考察时间压力对不同归因风格消费者购买决策的影响。结果显示:(1)归因风格和时间压力都显著影响了购买决策;(2)高时间压力降低了不同归因风格消费者购买决策的信息加工能力。
Purchasing decision has been an important topic in the consuming field, which decision experts and psychologists pay more attention to. Based on past researches, the paper explored purchasing decision with two experiments. The first experiment explored the impact of the attributive style on purchasing decision by introdudng the attributive style as a new variable. On the basis of the first experiment, the second experiment used a new variable called time pressure to explore the impact of the attributive style on the consumers' purchasing decision. The results showed that: (1) attributive style and time pressure had significant effects on purchasing decision; (2) high time pressure reduced the information processing capacity of consumers, who had different attributive styles.
