摘要
目的了解伴有凶杀行为的精神病人的基本状况及相应的防治策略。方法回顾性研究2002年至2006年我院收治的1546例住院精神病人,并进行统计分析。结果从2002年至今共有伴有凶杀行为的住院精神病人患者68例,以2006年最多。目前我市伴有凶杀的精神病人是以外地流动人口和杭州市郊县农村为主。结论落实精神卫生条例,加大对贫困郊县农村人员中和外来流动人员中的精神病患者的救助力度。
Objectives To understand the current epidemic situation of psychotic patients with murdering behavior inmates and provide strategies for prevention and control in Hangzhou city. Method Statistical analysis was conducted among the 1546 cases from 2002 to 2006 in An Kang Hospital of Hangzhou retrospectively. Results The total number of psychotic patients with murdering behavior was 68 by the end of 2006, and the number was the largest in 2006. Most of them were from fluid population or the countryside. Conclusion Mental health regulations need to be implemented and more aid should be provided to psychiatric patients from the poverty countryside and fluid population.
