摘要
在电力市场运营系统中,仅依靠现有的传输层安全机制(如SSL)不能满足不可否认性和端到端的安全性要求,而使用SSL和XML数字签名以及XML加密的方法可以保证被传输SOAP消息的安全。文章分析了电力市场数据通信对安全的需求,从保证SOAP消息安全性和传输层安全性这2个方面入手,通过WS-Security规范对SOAP消息进行扩展来构建可信的SOAP,使其达到消息级别的安全性,并结合SSL为SOAP提供传输级别的安全性,从而保证了电力市场运营系统数据通信的安全。
In the electricity market operation system(EMOS),it is difficult to satisfy the undeniable and end-to-end security requirements only relying on the existing security mechanism on transmission layer,for example SSL.The use of SSL and XML digital signature as well as encrypted XML can guarantee the safe transmission of Simple Object Access Protocal(SOAP) message.This paper analyzes the demand for security data communication in electricity market,discusses the methods for both SOAP messages and transport layer.Based on the WS-Security specification,it introduces the method to increase the security level to secure the data communication in EMOS.
