摘要
提出转移矩阵化FMECA建模方法,给出分析计算风险评定值CRV的过程。考虑了多层次系统的多故障模式冲击,发展了传统的单层次n→1模型;并对传统CRV计算模型进行改进和参数修正。以新模型在CRH1动车组转向架机械系统中的运用进行诠释。该方法适合复杂大型系统,便于计算机编程和软件实现。
The critical risk assessment of the reliability analysis for systems is important in the stage of the product design and maintenance. This paper presents a transfer matrixing model for FMECA by means of considering multiple failure modes impact in the multiple systems, break through the fimita- lion of traditional n→1 models. And the paper develops the calculation model for CRV, gives the modified principle of parameter transformation.A practical case study of CRH1 - mechanical system demonstrates the modelling process. It is certifing that certifies the new model fit programming and implementation of reliability software.
