摘要
目的探讨老年血液透析患者发生并发症的原因,并提出对策,以减少血液透析并发症的发生。方法回顾性总结和分析69例老年血液透析患者,共进行36 040例次血液透析的并发症发生情况。结果老年血液透析患者有487例次发生并发症,主要发生的并发症依次为:低血压208例次(42.7%)、高血压92例次(18.9%)、低血糖85例次(17.4%)、心律失常56例次(11.5%)、心力衰竭31例次(6.4%)及消化道出血15例次(3.1%)。结论做好老年血液透析患者并发症的预防对提高老年患者血液透析的质量具有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the causes of complications in elderly patients on hemodialysis, and to put forward dialysis were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results Complications occurred in 487 times of dialysis, including hypotension （42. 7% ） , hypertension （ 18.9% ）, hypeglycaemia （ 17.4% ）, arrhythmla （ 11.5% ） , cardiac failure （6.4%）, and alimentary tract hemorrhage （3.1% ）. Conclusion Early prevention of complications in elderly patients is important to the quality of hemodialysis.
